Move-out Information
Important information about end-of-year dormitory move-out, key return, room inspection, cleaning requirements and dormitory-specific check-out schedules.

Students staying after 30 June
Students who would like to stay in a dormitory after 30 June, even for one night, must apply for summer dormitory accommodation with a valid reason.

Personal presence
Official move-out must be completed in person or through an authorized representative.
No outstanding debt
Move-out cannot begin if the student has any unpaid dormitory or other related fees.
Neptun payment only
Cash payment is not possible. Payments must be made through the Neptun system.
Key return
After returning the room key, the student may not return to the room.
Key Return & Room Inspection
Clean the room and living unit before check-out
Return room keys and other dormitory items
Remove all personal belongings
Settle possible damages or missing items
The last student leaving the room must lock it
Follow guest and escort restrictions during move-out

Final move-out deadline: 1 July 2026, 8:00 AM
Students applying for summer dormitory must move to Sportdormitory by 2 July 2026, 10:00 AM.
UniPass access must be deactivated at check-out. If the student used a dormitory-issued UniPass card, it must be returned.
Rented electrical devices, drying racks and small furniture must be returned to the dormitory administrative office, preferably between 15–19 June, 9:00 - 11:00, but no later than the final official move-out time.
