Late arrival notification
Students arriving after the regular move-in period must notify the Dormitory Administration by email.

Summer dormitory application
Students who would like to stay in a dormitory after 30 June must apply for summer dormitory accommodation by this deadline.
1 July 2026, 8:00 AM
Final move-out deadline
Most students must officially move out by this deadline. Some dormitories may have an earlier administrative deadline.
Contribution Fee Deadlines
Contribution fee deadlines will be announced separately
The dormitory contribution fee deadline may differ by dormitory and by student group. Upper-year and first-year students may receive different payment deadlines.
