Move-in Information
Before moving into your dormitory, please read the following information carefully. All students must complete the required administrative steps before arrival.
Important
Early arrival is not possible. Please arrive only during the official move-in period.
Important Before Moving In
Residence Contract
Students must read, sign and send the scanned Residence Contract before the deadline.
Contribution Fee
The dormitory contribution fee must be paid through the Neptun Educational System before moving in.
Digital Photo
Students must send one digital photo and bring one passport-size ID photo for dormitory registration.
UniPass Card
A valid UniPass card is required for dormitory registration and building access.

Move-in dates and exact time slots will be published before the start of the academic year.
Campus Hotel
Address: 4028 Debrecen, Kassai út 26.
Students may be required to book a registration time slot online before moving in.
Lajos Kossuth Dormitory III.
Address: 4032 Debrecen, Egyetem tér 1.
Students may be required to book a registration time slot online before moving in.
Lajos Markusovszky Dormitory III.
Address: 4028 Debrecen, Móricz Zsigmond krt. 22.

Late Arrival Information
If you arrive after the regular move-in period
You must notify the Dormitory Administration by email and specify your expected arrival date. Without notification, your dormitory place may be reassigned to another applicant.

Arrival FAQ
Can I arrive earlier?
No. Early arrivals are not possible.
What happens if I arrive late?
You must notify the Dormitory Administration by email. If you do not inform us, your place may be reassigned.
What if I do not have a UniPass card?
You should apply for a UniPass card in advance, because it is required for dormitory registration and building access.
Where do I pay the dormitory contribution fee?
The dormitory contribution fee must be paid through the Neptun Educational System.
