Important Information
Examination period
Students who have exams after 1 July may apply for dormitory accommodation during the examination period.
Daily exam fee
Students taking examinations may stay for 1.500 HUF/person/night.
Summer stay
Students staying during the summer must pay at least a half-month dormitory fee.
Dormitory fee
International students staying for academic purposes pay dormitory fee only.

Important Rules
Daily dormitory fee
The daily fee may only be paid by students taking examinations or final examinations.
Half-month fee
For stays of less than 14 nights, a half-month fee applies.
Room allocation
Students may be required to move rooms because of maintenance and cleaning works during the summer period.
Required Certificates
For academic purposes
A signed and stamped certificate is required for mandatory internship, dual training or language examination preparation.
Students must also provide a valid student status certificate confirming that their studies do not end on 30 June 2026.
